Objectives:

Graduate Trainee is the program to recruit and build outstanding fresh graduates to become future leaders of a listed Company on the Main Board of HKSE (“The Group”). The selected Trainees will be placed in a special on-the-job training program and will be promoted to undertake managerial positions if they are qualified after this period.

²   Develop business and establish long-term relationships through outstanding personalized services.

²   On-the-job corporate management training building on your established knowledge and expertise.

²   Management training will be provided to build corporate management, human resources and marketing skills.



Requirements:

Ÿ   Bachelor degree holder or above in any disciplines, preferably with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant discipline

Ÿ   Ability to analyze situations, implement processes and solve problem effectively

Ÿ   Mature, self-motivated and pro-active

Ÿ   Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Ÿ   Ability to work effectively in team

Ÿ   Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Good in Mandarin

Ÿ   Candidates who are interested in finance, management and marketing will be an advantage
