Job Duties:

• Provide support in handling corporate finance projects including corporate bond, IPO, pre-IPO investments, M&A, joint ventures, cross boarder RMB loans and other types of transactions;
• Assist the execution and management of corporate finance projects, including due diligence, research on financial analysis, reviewing transaction documentation and analysis of business performance;
• Work closely with team members and involve in all aspects of new issue, including handling legal documentation, doing research and analyze new business opportunities, potential M&A target, and preparing marketing slides, roadshow and pricing;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company, and perform all functions independently.

 Job Specification

• 5 years’ relevant corporate finance experience or project management experience, Candidates with working experience in big 4, investment bank or corporate finance is highly preferable;
• Able to handle company secretarial duties;
• Able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Quick learner with detailed minded. Self-motivated and a good team player ;
• Potential candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior position.
