An award-winning multi-disciplinary design studio based in Hong Kong, via. is looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Senior Architect (Project Administration) to handle various on-going architectural projects in Hong Kong, with the following expectations:

Minimum Qualifications :

• Architecture Degree holders with minimum 8 years' post graduate experience on local projects; 
• Experience in large scale residential development and mix-use residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong;
• Strong in contract administration;
• Proven track record in client liaison and project coordination;
• Experience in leading a small team to ensure that projects are executed as designed and according to programme.

Current main focus will be to administer the main contract for a 26,000sm commercial-residential development in Hong Kong, We offer central location in Sheung Wan, open studio working environment,5-day work and attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate.
