Job duties:

• To assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager to supervise & manage site progress
• To co-ordinate and communicate with client’s representatives and subcontractors
• To maintain project quality and time control on interior site works
• To gather and analysis data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
• To prepare project status report, and ensure a smooth implementation in all projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years project coordination and site experience in retail renovation projects.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluency in written & spoken English & Chinese.
• Immediately available preferred.
