Our client is a construction company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all QS work from pre-contract to post-contract works for commercial and residential project
• Develop cost plans for package contracts
• Prepare Sub-Contract tender documents, review contract requirements, evaluate and analyze tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports
• Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets
• Prepare final project accounts

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma or above holder in Quantity Surveying or related
• 2-4 experience in quantity surveying/estimating for building works/fit-out A&A projects, façade -highly preferred
• Hands on experience in tendering, QS and subletting, interim payment application, variations preparation claims negotiation and final accounts, cost estimation, contract admin, etc.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, AutoCAD software applications
• Experience with both main contractor and QS consultant would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
