Responsibilities:

• Financial industry experience is MUST;

• Responsible for project management and requirement communication;

• Assisting in project implementation;

• Performing system integration test;

• Troubleshoot/co-ordinate/communicate with End-Users & software vendors

•  Supporting internal users;

•  Supporting trading systems,etc;

•  Conducting inventory management;
   

Requirements

•  Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology is preferred;
•  Experience in End-users support;
•  At least 2 years’ experience in trading system support including Securities and Futures (Less experience will be considered as IT Officer);
• With the knowledge of SQL, Batch and system testing is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Hardworking and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills, team motivated and able to work under pressure.
