Job Description
My Client, a HK-Listed Media firm has a newly created role for an IT Enablement / Optimization professional. Reporting directly to the IT Programme Director, the incumbent’s primary focus is to conduct in-depth analysis firm-wide to identify IT enhancement & efficiency opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various stake-holders and senior management to conduct process analysis across multiple departments
- Ownership of end-to-end process re-engineering
- Identify process enhancement/improvement capabilities
- Research new technologies and best practices
- Apply Agile, Lean, Six-sigma methodologies
- Creating reports and analysis of processes & procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology
- Certified in any of Agile, Lean, Six-sigma practices
- Proven track record in business operations optimization
- Experienced in working with senior executives
- A minimum of 5 years in process optimization function
- Fluent in English, Cantonese. Mandarin is a bonus
