FocusCore is recruiting two Facilities Officers for a significant organisation in Hong Kong with an extensive property portfolio.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Electrical and Mechanical facilities maintenance or building maintenance across a significant property portfolio.

To be considered for this role you should have a related university degree in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Studies/ Building survey , have at least five years E&M (Electrical and Mechanical)maintenance/ building maintenance and experience with E&M，swimming pool, , filtration system, tree maintenance & arborists services or slope maintenance. You must also have excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
