Responsibilities:

• Act as an ambassador for the retail for delight customer experience
• Initiate customers for coffee tasting and introduce full range of product
• Carry out sales of coffee products
• Provide after sales service / advice to customers on machine maintenance
• Daily operational

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate or above
• 2 years of professional experience in customer services (sales related)
• Good interpersonal skills and detailed mind
• Passion in coffee product, Patient, Customer-oriented
• Native Cantonese. Fluent in English & Mandarin
