Universal currently has an opening for Operations Coordinator.  This position reports to the General Manager, Trip Support Services (Asia).  The Operations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and organize a successful trip for our customers including TSA waivers, ground handling, fuel, ground transportation, crew accommodations, airport slots, and other trip related services.  Works cross-functionally with other divisions to ensure client expectations are met.

Knowledge and Requirements:

• 2 years related working experience in aviation
• Good knowledge in reading aeronautical charts and other related aviation circulars
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Must have demonstrated customer service skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
