Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations for Accounts Receivable (invoice & receipts for incoming rent).
• Monthly support to CFO for month end closing related to Accounts Receivable.
• Support leasing team to communicate with tenants regarding lease extensions, payments.
• Occasionally perform ad-hoc administrative assignments such as annual leave, staff reimbursements, petty cash, etc.

• Ability to effectively communicate / work with other teams.

• Fluent in both Chinese & English
