Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Handle office administrative duties including but not limited to office equipment maintenance, cars repair/maintenance & licenses renewal and invoices verification
-
Maintain attendance system and prepare monthly attendance reports

Backup reception duties
-
Assist in organizing company events and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
-
Tertiary educated with 2-3 years’ of relevant experience
-
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
-
Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
-
A team player, fast-learner, responsible with positive working attitude
-
Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
-
Preference will be given to candidates with exposure in medium-sized companies (100+ staff)

Fresh graduates will NOT be considered
