Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance arrangements & record keeping: Call school vendor to fix broken items & arrange regular maintenance.
• Stationery & school supply orders.
• Assisting with the daily running of the school office: School reception duties, answering phone calls, document filing, etc.
• Extra Curricular Activities(ECA) Coordination: Assist in co-ordinate the school’s seasonal ECAs including vendor recruitment, selection of activities, promoting of activities (making a booklet and memo), enrollment & monitoring of the activities.
• School Banner and Booklet design.
• Ad Hoc duties assigned by the Head Principal, Deputy Principal and Principal.

Job Requirements:

• ž   University graduate in management or related discipline
• ž   At least 1 year experience, preferably in a school or other educational institution
• ž   Good communication and written skills in both English and Chinese
• ž   High initiative and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• ž   Ability to support the School’s daily operations promptly and reliably
• ž   Ability to work independently under pressure
• ž   Friendly and reliable
