Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior managers to provide professional advice for clients
• Assist senior managers in presenting project portfolio and market outlook to clients
• Trained to be profession to provide advice for clients
• Work as a team to organize business development events
• Develop your own client servicing skills, and make use of your professional knowledge to maintain a good relationship with clients
• Develop your interpersonal skills and management skills to be a part of the management team in the later stage of your career

 

Support

Training program support

Successful applicants will be employed with a two-year on-the-job training, with a view to developing professional skills and paving the way to a successful future career in a particular field. We carefully consider a trainee’s interests, preferences, personality and other indicators when determining the business stream to which they will be interested.

Senior Manager and mentor support

Each trainee will be led by a senior manager and mentor to pass through the whole training. Senior manager will clarify the routine as a manager but at the same time teaching advanced management skills and strategic thinking for the trainee to handle the daily business. In the meantime, mentor will share his/her own experiences and give performance feedback to support and guide the trainee with understanding and caring

Requirements

• University degree holders or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent self-motivation and able to work independently 
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must; fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
