Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full round office administration duties but not limited to office renovation, facilities management, vendor management, purchase and procurement, courier service arrangement and stationery supplied;
• Assist various vendor contracts and leasing agreements for all offices in Hong Kong;
• Coordinates with external supplier / vendor of different office systems (e.g. telephone system, photocopier, office furniture, office equipment)
• Assist department head in formulating, implementing and reviewing administration policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Work closely with internal & external parties on coordination of business assignments
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 10 years solid Administration area experience in financial institutions, with minimum 3 years in managerial level
• With office renovation experience is essential
• Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
• Good time management and quality control abilities
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
