Job Description

Summary

UBM is in the process of implementing Salesforce.com globally as well as various other platforms for Sales, Marketing and Data. The endeavor requires experienced professionals to drive necessary change and ready the business teams to make full use of technology platforms.

The Manager of Digital Innovation & Business Intelligence, specializing in technology change management, is a functional leader in the implementations of new digital solution and data technology applications at UBM Asia with a strong focus on change management communications, internal marketing and systematic application of collected data to deliver business values both internally and externally. The incumbent will contribute to the success of the organization through effective communications, designs and analytics related to adoption of evolving digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation of sales and marketing capabilities by promoting adoption of leading CRM and marketing automation platforms across Asia-Pacific offices, aligning with UBM global standards.
  • Design KPIs and manage delivery of associated dashboards to measure adoption progress and support data-driven decision-making across Asia-Pacific offices.
  • Deliver change programme comprising of behavioral change, process improvements and technology enhancements, partnering with subject matter experts globally and external consultants.
  • Design and execute internal marketing campaigns to elevate awareness and improve adoption of new behaviors, analytical techniques and systems.
  • Design and manage governance, standards and cycles for system change management.
  • Conduct and provide methodological advice on qualitative and quantitative customer research.
  • Build and manage customer feedback points; partner with IT and other business units to build closed loop processes.
  • Manage vendors in the delivery of cost effective and timely systems development and support.
  • Draft relevant business cases and manage measurements of ROI for technology investments.
  • Promote a high performance culture by actively coaching and mentoring the team, providing regular feedback and developing employees to foster professional growth. 

Requirements 

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in CRM, Business Intelligence or analytical system implementations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications, presentations, collaboration, influencing, negotiation and selling skills across a broad range of levels, departments and cultures in a multinational organization.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for change and proactively drive behavioral changes at the enterprise.
  • Experience in project managing large scale software projects across the organization with recent and relevant experience.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assimilate facts quickly, identifying options and articulate recommendations.
  • Ability to travel extensively in the Asia-Pacific region and occasionally to other regions.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Experience with data visualisation tools. (i.e. Tableau, Qlikview)
  • Relevant professional qualification. (i.e. Salesforce.com Admins/Architect, PMP, Prosci CM Practitioner, APMG Change Management, Agile certifications)
  • Experience outsourcing technical development.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and international marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of audience growth strategies.
  • Experience in moderating/conducting workshops and interviews.
