Responsibilities:

l  Handle shipping operations and full set of Import/ Export documents, Form A, C.O. & Tradelink declarations independently.

l  Full knowledge of letter of Credit Documentation (L/C) process and application.

l  Co-ordinate with internal project teams/ manufacturers to organize shipment.

l  Co-ordinate with factories for cargo ready date and delivery.

l  Liaise with forwarders, customers and factories for order follow up and shipment arrangement.

l  Update shipment status and assist in others in related to shipping matter.

l  Must be familiar with forwarder e-system for on-line booking & upload shipping document and customer e-booking.

l  Knowledge of US market trading.

Requirements:

l  Diploma or above in Logistics or in related discipline.

l  3-5 years related working experiences or above with trading business experiences in shipment/ logistics coordination. 

l  Mature, responsible, able to work under pressure.

l  Good command of written, listen and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

l  Proficient in MS Work, Excel and Outlook.

l  Immediate available is highly preferred.
