Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Work with C-level and senior leadership of top Financial Institutions across industries and geographies to shape and lead large scale enterprise transformations, incorporating targeted business strategy and operating model solutions. Enterprise transformations span growth and cost -focused projects and focus on driving a cross-functional value and change agenda for C-level clients.
• Help to manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Create deliverables needed for successful strategy and operating model engagements - with content expertise in some of the following areas:
• Business Strategy (e.g., business model - customer/channel/product - strategy)
• Operating Model Strategy (e.g., operating capability assessment, strategy and refinement)
• Business Restructuring and Strategic Cost Reduction
• Addressing core distribution issues of the client, such as customer strategy, channel strategy
• Effectively apply group offerings and assets and implement project standards
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

• Master-level degree, ideally economics, finance or business administration with a minimum of 3 years of enterprise transformation, business strategy, and/or operating model experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking Industry
• Experience in working in a supervisory position on two enterprise transformation, business strategy, and/or operating model engagements
• Knowledge of standard project management requirements
• Financial Services experience (Banking/Insurance)
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
• Must speak excellent English and Chinese
