Our Client, is the world's largest Metal and Electronics Recycler. They are the global leader in sustained management of resources and are looking for an 'Operation Specialist/Snr. Officer' for their team in Hong Kong.

JOB ROLE:

Lead and manage a shipping team and perform all shipping functions and ad-hoc projects

•              handling UK shipments
•              Management and Admin reporting
•              Input data to OZDOC to set-up Master Document
•              pro-forma issue if needed
•              associate buyer for deposit payment or Letter of credit issuance
•              Co-ordinate regions for schedule shipment and documents preparation
•              LC terms check and amendment request if needed
•              Switch BL
•              Check balance TT payment
•              Handling full sets of I/E shipping documents
•              Liaison with overseas offices and suppliers
•              Handle ad hoc assignments

 SKILLS REQUIRED: 

•          F.7 or above with minimum 7 years relevant shipping experience,
•          3 years in supervisory level
•          Smart, Sound experience in worldwide customs procedures
•          Experience in trading/buying office and familiar with worldwide customs
•          Self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, a problem solver and team player.    
•          Good supervisory and management skills
•          Excellent command of written and spoken English
