Our Client, is the world's largest Metal and Electronics Recycler. They are the global leader in sustained management of resources and are looking for a Shipping officer/Specialist for their team in Hong Kong.

 Job Role:

 -       Check the validity and completeness of CCIC & AQSIQ renewal document from all yards 

-       Responsible for  the data updating of CCIC & AQSIQ licenses 

-       Provide efficient counter service to yards for CCIC & AQSIQ licenses renewal 

-       Cooperating with local notary companies 

-       Monitor the progress of CCIC & AQSIQ licenses 

-       Arrange pre-shipment inspection application with CCIC office & approved PSI surveyors 

-       On-site inspection if required 

-       Close liaison with regional office, forwarder, inspection company, customer, and support to operation 

       manager 

-       Key relationship between Regional offices, customer, forwarder / shipping company, banks, CCIC  

      and PSIC agents 

-       Perform all ad-hoc projects assigned 

-       Co-ordinate with traders and regional offices to settle the quality issue

 Skills Required: 

-       At least 4 years or above relevant experience with inspection companies (preferred in scrap metal or raw 

       material filed) 

-       Has working experience with CCIC or PSI agent is not must, but will be a plus 

-       Full knowledge on pre-shipment inspection application with surveyors, e.g. CCIC office, PSI agent  

-       Shipping/documentation/trade finance experience is not must, but will be a plus 

-       Work experience in worldwide customs procedures 

-       Experiences in trading / buying / selling office and familiar with worldwide will be a plus 

-       On site experiences would be highly considered
