Our client is one of the iconic Global Japanese Financial Firm and they are now looking for a Financial  Manager for their Debt Collection business operations.

Job Description

• Conduct with Debt Collection, handle general customers request and resolve various client's feedback
• Handle and minimize corporate's credit risk
• Reconcile the debt payment received 
• Lead and instruct a team of staff to follow up negligent accounts
• Identify potential default accounts, review and implement effective credit control policies
• Liaise with (including monitor the work progress of) external parties such as debt collection agents, repossession agents, solicitors and government bodies
• Streamline work flow and job allocation to improve efficiency
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate with the debt collections operations

Requirement:

• Diploma Holders or any tertiary educational background equivalent 
• Minimum 8 years of debt/Loan collection working experience in any Financial related roles of which at least 4 years of managerial level in related field 
• Mature and proactive with an exceptional business leadership character 
• Mature, pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
• Exceptional business negotiation skills & appropriate Business Manner 
• Well understanding of litigation procedures in Hong Kong & China 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  
  

Job Title: Financial Operations Manager (Debt Collection/Global Financial Group) 

Salary Range: 22 K to 25 K

Double pay: Yes

Bonuses: Discretionary

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
