Our client, a leading MNC consulting firm is looking for a large number of Java programming professionals to join them for large-scale banking or insurance projects. Candidates with more experience will be considered for SA/ SSA while candidates with less experience will be considered for Analyst Programmer.

 Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for development, enhancement and support of application systems covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as requirement study, systems analysis and design, system development and testing, implementation, maintenance and support
• Responsible for effective day-to-day operations in the delivery of quality application development and management services, including establishment and enforcement of software engineering quality processes as well as liaison with users, vendors, technical and operations teams to achieve performance targets and customers’ service level agreements
• Assist project manager / team leader in planning, organizing, co-ordination and control of project activities
• Supervise, coach and motivate staff to work towards achieving common team goals

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant IT experience 
• Java/web application using J2EE technology
• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis and design, SOA, implementation, maintenance and/or support of systems and software.
• Experience and domain knowledge in banking / finance / insurance industry will be a definite advantage.
• Possess good technical knowledge and application experience across multiple IT platforms, development environments and applications
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese
