We are a local medical and aesthetic device supplier founded in Hong Kong for over 14 years. We are looking for high caliber and proactive individuals to join us in the position of:

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing training strategy and action plan, implementing appropriate training and development initiatives to support the business growth
• Identifying the training and development needs, formulating and designing proper training programs on products knowledge, solutions selling, soft skills, etc. in close liaison with internal and external parties to ensure the programs are meeting the specific needs in a timely and effective manner
• Enhance the team performance by continual review and improvements on work practices, processes and support systems

 Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably medical / healthcare related
• At least 2 years management experience in beauty field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Excellent planning, organizing and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience on beauty instrument will be advantage i.e. laser, skin care, body contouring….etc.
• Customer oriented, hard working, result oriented with positive attitude
