Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in planning, reviewing and monitoring day-to-day accounting and finance operations including but not limited to financial and management accounts, financial analysis, costing, inventory management, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and statutory audit assignments as well
• Well-versed of accounting policies and capable in tax planning solutions
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with internal/external auditor on annual audit
• Reconcile the financial between internal and external reporting
• Research and resolve various accounting and reporting issues and questions that arise at the corporate level
• To liaise with financial institutions and relevant parties
• Highlight any opportunities to implement changes to improve the control environment without adversely impacting business operations or customers
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by managements

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, Qualified Accountant will be a plus
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in trading / FMCG company with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Familiar with computerized accounting system and sensitive to numbers
• Proficient in PC operations including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail minded
• Confident, flexible and positive team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
