Job Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reports
• Supervise a team for daily accounting, taxation, company secretarial and inventory costing matters
• Assist in handling company secretarial duties and announcements to ensure compliance with listing and statutory requirements
• Lead the annual audit and interim review and engage in ad hoc project
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, lawyers, valuers and tax advisers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with over 8 years working experience, including audit and commercial experience, preferably in manufacturing field
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or equivalent
• Solid working experience in listed companies and knowledge of listing reporting requirements
• Good accounting knowledge in group consolidation and inventory costing and management
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
• Practical experience in using ERP system is an added advantage
• Occasional travel to PRC and overseas is required
• Fluency in MS Office applications in particular MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
