Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting functions, including A/P, A/R and G/L;
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and accounts reconciliations;
• Assist in month-end closing and annual audit;
• Responsible for entire recruitment process including identifying the effective recruitment channels, preparing job advertisement, screening incoming resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, confirming job offers and preparing on boarding documents etc no matter local and PRC.
• Perform any other Accounting and HR duties as assigned

Requirements :

• F.7 or Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Level III or equivalent

        >     At least 10 years’ relevant working experience

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• PC knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese word processing
• Hardworking and strong sense of responsibility
