Responsibilities:

• Handles the IQC, QA and QC functions including factory audit for quality assurance system and social accountability.
• Assists to lead the operation of China QC team and monitors QC inspection.
• Implements quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (such as ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115 and CHPA ) and client requirements.
• Works with factories to ensure product quality meeting our quality requirement.
• Works with other departments to ensure product design meets an international safety standard and retailer’s protocols.
• Prepare QA specifications ( covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans ).
• Works with 3^rd party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements or Directives.
• Communicates with 3^rd party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time.
• Works with factories for sample drawing and sample submission.

Qualification & Requirements :

• University graduate in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of plastic/ electronic/ soft toys experiences in manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international safety standard including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, CPHA, etc.
• Well-versed in GSV C-TPAT, ICTI, ISO 9001, COC audit
• Good at operation of Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, good problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Need to travel to China to work with China QC and Project Merchandiser.
