Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement and review HRA policies & procedures, staff handbook and relevant documents
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment & selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off-boarding
  • Handle Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll, taxation, retirement & incentive scheme administration and employees’ compensation
  • Ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration
  • Handle annual Compensation & Benefits exercise including benchmarking, annual salary review, discretionary bonus and performance management
  • Assist in manpower planning, manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resources
  • Lead the admin. team to provide full spectrum of admin. support to the company and subsidiaries
  • Supervise HR & Admin. team in our Dongguan office
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects/assignments as required by Management  

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree/High Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in which 2 years in supervisory level
  • Familiar with employment ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulation in HK 
  • Self-initiative and detailed minded with good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command in English Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Well versed in MS office applications & Chinese Word Processing
  • Travel to Dongguan/Shenzhen office 2 or 3 days weekly
