• Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources in shop level, including orientation for new joiners, compensation and benefits and employee relations
• Handle payroll administration, attendance and leave issues
• Maintain and update employee personnel records in SAP & filing system
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Work on ad-hoc projects when assigned

We are looking for

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum of 1 year Human Resource experience preferably in payroll administration
• Well-versed in Employment, MPF & other HR-related Ordinance
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail-minded, positive and with strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in SAP system is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
