Job Description
The Role:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to GM and AGM
- Responsible for the monthly stock purchase, forecasts, order preparation for assigned Brands for both HK & China
- Prepare and coordinate written reports, analysis, presentation materials for meetings and events
- Provide effective communication internally and externally
- Support departmental activities, handle projects as assigned by the top management
Requirement
- Degree holder, minimum 5 years experiences in product management in FMCG industry
- Strong analytical, logical and reasoning skills and detail-minded
- Effective planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
