Monitor branch daily operations and activates;

Develop vision and strategic plan to guide the departments to achieve business objectives;

Lead and guide departments in implementing business plans and strengthening the customer relationship effectively;

Execute promotion of latest marketing campaign and products;

Develop sales strategies, responsible to achieve business targets;

Review and provide proficiency training to staff in order to fulfil compliance and regulatory requirements;

Establish a positive  work atmosphere with all appropriate legislation and regulations"

Requirements:

5 years above in banking or finance field, with solid leadership and people management experience;

Experienced in finance business and branch operations;

Result-oriented, strong communication skills, good leadership and mature;

Candidates with previous branch managerial experience in similar field would be an advantage
