Scope of Responsibilities

Project Administration and management at client site

Assist Project Manager and project team for any project administrative work that is required to implement the project

Attend meetings with customers, sub-contractors and take meeting minutes and follow up / keep track on the action plans with the team members

Equipment ordering, inventory and control

Project team support and coordination, including liaising with customers, 3^rd party vendors and other internal department as required

Handle project documents including correspondence and documents to/from customers and vendors and filing

Control and maintain document system

Provide and maintain financial reports

Prepare information for billing reports

Prepare monthly reports to customers and management

Talent Expected

 University graduated with preference in Business Administration or equivalent

 3 to 5 year experience in project administration on radio/IT projects

 Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

 Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

 Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and able to work under pressure

 Proficient in MS office application

 Experience with logistic control and custom clearance

 With experience and ability to direct deal with customers, project team and local subcontractors.
