Job Responsibilities:

l   Prepare quotation, technical proposal, pre & after sales service to customer.

l   Follow up the sales and Respond to client's & consultant's inquire

l   Assists in the procurement of product samples and related enquiry.

l   Organize the exhibitions and attend the trade fair

l   Expedites customers’ orders and assists in maintaining on time deliveries of orders by working closely with production, quality and shipping personnel.

l   Helps coordinates additional resources as required (Technical, Product and Sales Management etc.).

l   Maximizes customer satisfaction in an effort to grow sales revenue

l   Assists in identification and resolution of quality discrepancies while maintaining a close relationship with customers and representatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above with 1 years of working experience in customer support or inside sales. Experience related to the mobile accessories or international business is an advantage.  
• Highly presentable and aggressive
• Organized, enthusiastic, open minded and smart
• Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Familiar with PC operations (MS office, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST.
• Candidate needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel
• Experience will be considered at Sales and Marketing Executive
• Immediately available is highly preferred
