Responsibilities

• Perform sample evaluation, and provide technical input to factories and Sourcing team to ensure product quality.
• Identify new suppliers/factories’ capability of production in meeting the Company’s requirements on quality, delivery and product safety.
• Work with suppliers to resolve / prevent problems.
• Put in place processes to identify, address and avoid potential issues.
• Assist to monitor the production progress and review production report / inspection report from supplier.
• Train up suppliers’ QA/QC team to meet company’s quality standard or target.
• Conduct in-line & final random inspection against AQL system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or their designate person from time to time.

 

Requirement:

• Degree holder / Higher Diploma in Textiles / Clothing or equivalent
• At least 5 years quality assurance solid experience in garment field.
• With ability to foresee and identify any potential quality problem before or during production stage.
• Capable of conducting in-line and final random inspection independently against company’s quality manual / standard.
• With factory audit experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, disciplined and good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel abroad frequently. 
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Less qualification can apply for QA Engineer
