Accountability:

• Ensure timely, accurate order placement of decorative products including Furniture, Flooring and Finishes
• Prepare and follow up customer quotations 
• Assist in the whole sales process, including but not limited to samples, ordering, price setting, invoice payment, delivery and installation
• Assist the Project Management team for administration and communications duties
• Maintain and update data entry in the CRM System
• Coordinate, collect and archive accurate product information from suppliers and factories

Requirements:

• Be aligned with company vision and attitude
• Be well presented, ambitious, open-minded, and willing to learn
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in a similar role, customer service or merchandising
• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in interior decoration / furniture
• Knowledge of furniture is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and CRM system
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well organized, responsible and independent
