The ideal candidate should be -

• Extremely organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to secure options and bookings for models
• Maintain and develop client relationships within HK and China to ensure we maximize our position within the market
• Self-motivated, who can work independently but also as part of a team
• A good command of English (written and spoken)
• An interest in fashion / current trends / social media helpful
• Photoshop / IT skills  would be an advantage
• Industry experience preferred
