Responsibilities:

• Site-In-charge of a commercial complex
• Oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
• Attend regular meeting with owner's organization
• Possess valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) with QAS certificate

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, holder of relevant Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree
• Holder of relevant professional qualification MCIH / MHKIH is a must
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in managing commercial building with 3 years' in supervisory level
• With experience in takeover new building, property handover and deal with leasing / tenants agreements/ contracts
• Work independently and under pressure, good interpersonal skill
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
• 5½-day work week, Public Holidays, medical benefits, discretionary bonus
• Immediate available is preferred
