Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in property management or related discipline.
• Professional member of RPHM/CIH/HKIH
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property management, preferably have 2 years plus luxury building management experience in managerial level.
• Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management.
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to take initiative, mature, self-motivated and independent.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants.
• Administer tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses.
• Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repairs and security; liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions.
• Monitor the performance of contractors.
• Provide administrative and clerical supports.
• Working location: Peak of luxury residential.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
