DUTIES

• Manage day-to-day sales efforts and overall positioning of hotel, brand communications and development of customers for the entire hotel operations
• Oversee hotel marketing functions, maximizing total hotel revenue market share and optimization of profit returns
• Responsible for directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan
• Builds positive working relationships with all departments of the Hotel
• Maintaining the high staff morale

 REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of Degree in in Hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Starter, Proactive, Ambitious, Tactful
• Innovative and strong sense of market trends
• Presentable with strong leadership skills and drive the sales/marketing team to deliver results
• Knowledge of sales and marketing, revenue management, events management, communication and reservation functions
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
