• Handle export and import documents
• Liaise with forwarders and suppliers
• Arrange other logistics issues, e.g. trucking arrangements
• Communicate with overseas offices for shipment arrangements
• Data entry and prepare reports

Required job qualifications for this position are:

• F. 6 or above
• At least 1 year working experience
• Experience in shipping/logistics & supply chain management  is an advantage
• MS Office and basic computer knowledge
• Good Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Willing to learn with positive working attitude
• Independent, self-motivated, organized and result-oriented
• Immediate available is preferable
