Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the reception of Hong Kong Headquarter;
2. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages;
3. Screen and announce calls as required;
4. Welcome visitors/clients and provide directory appropriately;
5. Assist with conference room bookings and coordination as required;
6. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls, and Company’s events;
7. Organize refreshments and lunches for meetings as required;
8. Ensure that the reception area, meetings rooms and utilities area are kept clean and tidy at all times;
9. Organize deliveries and mail;
10. Provide office administrative support; 
11. Coordinate for procurement and vendors for office supplies, equipment, stationary and materials;
12. Ad hoc projects as requested by management.

Requirements:

1. F.7 or above with 3 years related experience;
2. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
3. Excellent communication and organization skills;
4. PC literate, Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
5. Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn, possess team work spirit and sense of responsibility.
