Job Duties:

• To handle independently full set of Export documents, L/C, banking documents & tradelink declaration and communicate with customers on shipping status
• To work with Sales Department to coordinate shipment related issues,
• To monitor shipping schedule with factories, conduct bookings with forwarders and transportation companies,

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE or above with 4 years working experience in shipping field,
• Able to handle full sets of Banking/LC, Export documents, Tradelink Declaration, and bookings with shipping companies independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English and basic Mandarin
• Good communication skill and be able to work with different parties effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.
• Personnel without adequate experience will be trained and considered .

Package:

• Monthly payment, minimum $12,000.   Alternate Saturdays off.
