We currently have positions available in both a Junior and Senior roles within this team. 

Job Responsibilities :

• Review and approve invoices and air crew expenses related to client flights
• Update database with invoice details
• Liaise with accounting department on payment to vendors
• Assist Client Relations team on invoice queries
• Update Flight Operations Manual
• Assist with aircraft return paperwork review and organization
• Assist Operations team as required with other administrative functions such as book air tickets, hotels, location research etc

Job Requirements :

 Education:          

• Tertiary level education and above

 Experience:

• Preference given to candidates with previous Aviation/Business Aviation experience
• Previous admin experience

 Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good Command of written and spoken English
• Detailed Oriented and Quick learner
• Knowledge of Aviation a benefit
• Organization skills
• Ability to work weekend shifts as required (not more than 5 working days in a week)
