Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Process the sales orders from the sales team in SAP
- Fully handle the sales invoice processing activities;
- Handling the daily operations of accounts receivables such as AR data entry, reconciliation, and credit collection
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare aging analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely weekly and month-end reports to management team
- Liaise closely with Sales and Logistics departments
- Assist in statutory audits
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in managing high volumes of sales invoices with AR data entry will be advantage
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel with knowledge in SAP system preferred
- Good business acumen, detail-oriented and great organizational skills
- Multi-tasking skills to prioritize projects and workload
- Ability to communicate confidently in a multi-national and multi-cultural office
