IT Search a division of Pacific Career Ltd., has been in recruitment business for over 12 years.  Pacific Career started by acquiring a well established company, IT Search and expanded the company thereafter. We are expending now and would like to add a few more members into our team.  

If you have good and sufficient working experience, you will be worked independently on the below after the initial training:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to clients and candidates
• Develop new business and account, manage existing clients by providing consultative solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging off your industry expertise and providing consultancy advice to both client and candidates on the area that you are expert at.   
• Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities. Developing solid relationships with clients is a critical factor in this role. We will train and develop you into taking leadership responsibilities.

If you don’t have much working experience, you will assist our consultant in the above steps.

Requirement:

We don’t have much requirement.  But to be a successful consultant in our company, you need to have the below element:

• Passion in providing quality service;
• A “can-do” attitude who can help our client to solve the problems;
• A person with effective communication skill;
• high level of EQ, in fact it's people business, so you need to enjoy engaging with others. As an energetic, smart and ambitious individual you are always looking for the next opportunity to add value. Learning agility, strong commercial acumen and hard work is needed to succeed.
• Ability to work well under pressure and commit towards the team are what you should possess as well. On-the-job training will be provided during the course of work to aid you to be a successful consultant.
