Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct food microbiological tests on raw material and finished products
• Conduct calibration and maintenance of testing instruments   
• Preform hygiene audits and address problems with solution recommendations
• Assist in monitoring the raw materials complied to related legal requirements
• Assist in reviewing the QMS and collecting updated news of legal requirements
• Assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Food Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in food microbial testing is preferred
• Holder of ISO22000 or other food safety management system is an advantage
• Accurate, self-motivated and responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficient in using Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Lab Technician
