Sales & Logistic Assistant (Contract basis)

Responsibilities :

• Handling daily delivery arrangement, shipment scheduling and planning.
• Order processing, invoicing and preparing shipping documents.
• Liaison with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and manage the stock status.
• To provide support to HK and China sales team.

• To provide customer service to HK and China customers.
• Willing to travel our Shanghai office when necessary

 Requirements :

• Form 6 or above with 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Good PC skill in usage of MS Office
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Ability to work independently
• Immediately available is preferred
