• University graduates in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent
• Qualified Accountant is an advantage
• 10-15 years finance/accounting experience, of which minimum 5 years in managerial/senior level
• Solid experience in China factory accounting/finance
• Good knowledge in China taxation
• Knowledge in China factory warehouse management
• Work experience under ERP environment & MYOB software
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead both the HK and China accounting teams
• Reporting to the Director
• Fully responsible for all accounting and financial duties of both the HK office and China factory
• Tax planning in both Hong Kong office and China factory
• Formulating and implementing various policies/procedures for continuous improvement
• Need to travel to China factory as required occasionally
