Responsibilities:

• AR and AP functions independently
• Responsible for accounting duties including bank deposits and payments
• Perform general day-to-day accounting duties such as data entry, voucher, cheque preparation and remittance
• Provide clerical support
• Assist in statutory audit including preparation and review of audit schedule
• Handle ad-hoc projects and reporting as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Min. 1 year working experience in accounting or audit field
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in using MYOB is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, analytical & detail-minded, and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
