Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of cash management including expense claim
• Handle collection and payment settlement and process payment to policyholders or counterparties
• Reconcile daily transaction / settlement records
• Participate in user acceptance tests for projects
• Monitor system testing to ensure that new systems are processed accurately
• Develop and conduct periodic reviews on procedure manual and workflow in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency improvement
• To support ad hoc projects or task assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in financial industry, previous experience in life insurance finance is highly preferred
• MUST be interested in START UP business
• Knowledge of E-Bao System would be an advantage
• Responsible, well organized, hardworking and self-initiative
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

More experience may be considered as Senior Settlement Officer.
